A residential Hotel located in Dubai. The project is a 9-story hotel, each floor contains 3 types of housing units. The ground and mezzanine floors were allocated to a large supermarket. Furthermore, the design addressed the separation of entrances and movement between the hotel and the supermarket, as well as the separation of car parks on the lower floors for both of the aforementioned elements.
