Area: 8500 sqm Located in Bseba, Baabda. The idea behind the design was to mix volumetric blocks and voids. This design broke up the traditional design concept of residential buildings. Residential buildings used to contain elements that lead to a lot of boredom, hierarchy, and repetition, therefore, we find that balconies, for example, were not repeated in all their parts. Green elements were infiltrating between these blocks with the effect of earth colors to create a relaxing scenery.
